Team Nutrition's story begins with a father-and-son team and a dream to make nutritious snacks accessible to all.
As experienced confectioners, Bruce and Leigh Edward’s mission wasn’t just to focus on nutrition, but to offer protein bars that balanced flavour and affordability. Realising they couldn’t do it alone, they assembled a team of experts led by Jess, Sean and Corey to help bring their vision to life.

Together, in a humble kitchen with little more than a fridge, a couple of benches and two portable stoves, the team spent over a year experimenting, tasting and refining the ultimate protein snacks.
As their dream grew, so did their need for space. They had to scale up and become vastly more efficient if they ever wanted to create affordable protein. That’s when the Edward family took the leap, investing $23 million to build a state-of-the-art production facility capable of producing 135 million bars annually.
With this industry-leading setup, the team finally brought their vision to life—delivering a range of protein snacks that balance flavour, protein and affordability for all Australians.
