Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Once protein bars leave our facility, they can’t be resold or restocked for safety reasons.

That said, if something isn’t right, we absolutely want to fix it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Email us at customerservice@fdale.com.au with:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • a photo of the product if possible

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault or is not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.
