Shipping Policy

TEAM NUTRITION currently ships within Australia only.

We offer simple flat-rate shipping across Australia:

• Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate

• Express Shipping: $12.95 flat rate

• Free Standard Shipping: on orders over $50

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Orders are dispatched three times per week — Monday, Wednesday and Friday from our facility in Ballarat, Victoria.

Orders placed after dispatch may be sent on the next scheduled shipping day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier network.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
